Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most serviceable locations across India through our trusted courier and logistics partners.

At present, we do not offer international shipping unless specifically announced on our website.

Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your PIN code.

Order Processing Time

After your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festivals, sale events, or periods of high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

We make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while ensuring proper quality checks and secure packaging.

These timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on courier operations and destination.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on:

Weight and dimensions of the package
Promotional offers (if any)

The final shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before you complete your payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your shipment details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Customers can use these details to monitor the status of their shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

the customer is unavailable,
the customer refuses delivery,
the address is incorrect or incomplete,
the customer cannot be contacted,

the package may be returned to us by the courier company.

Any additional shipping or re-shipping charges for such cases shall be borne by the customer.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing:

Correct full name
Accurate mobile number
Complete delivery address
Correct PIN code
Landmark (if required)

Anitrends Jewels shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Delivery Delays

Although we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Heavy rainfall or floods
Natural disasters
Public holidays
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Courier partner operational issues
Transportation disruptions

Packaging

Every order is carefully packed to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Customers are requested to inspect the outer packaging upon delivery. If the parcel appears severely damaged or tampered with, please record a continuous unboxing video and contact us immediately.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To help us verify any shipping-related issue, customers must record a continuous unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened.

An unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving:

Wrong product received
Missing item
Damaged product
Manufacturing defect
Tampered package

The video must:

Begin before opening the parcel.
Clearly show the shipping label.
Be recorded without cuts, pauses, or edits.
Clearly show the condition of the product and packaging.

Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted if verification is not possible.

Return Shipping Charges

If a return request is approved under our Returns & Exchange Policy, the customer is responsible for paying all applicable return courier or reverse shipping charges, unless otherwise approved by Anitrends Jewels or required under applicable law.

If the courier partner collects any amount for returning the parcel, that amount must be paid by the customer. Such courier charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed by Anitrends Jewels.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the courier partner, it will be considered successfully delivered.

Customers are requested to contact us promptly if they believe there is any issue with the delivery.

Force Majeure

Anitrends Jewels shall not be held liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters
Floods
Earthquakes
Fires
Pandemics
Government restrictions
